NASCENCY VOICES

You are the voice someone needed a year ago.

Nascency Voices is where the surrogacy community shares the moments, stories, and honest words that the next person is searching for. Whether you carried, are considering it, work in this field, or simply believe in what surrogacy is — your voice belongs here.

ABOUT VOICES

Built from the voices of surrogacy. For everyone who needs them.

Much of what people find online about surrogacy is written by companies, clinics and news written by those who haven’t experienced it themselves. Almost none of it comes from the women who actually carried, the families who waited, or the professionals who show up every day and live this hard but rewarding work.

Nascency was founded by professionals in the field who are parents through surrogacy and surrogates themselves — people who lived this work personally. In fact, the company was started in part thanks to 200+ experienced surrogates sharing their experience before building anything. Those women shared everything: what they searched for at midnight, what they needed to hear that nobody said, what they wished existed. Nascency was built from that and now Nascency Voices is in part how it continues. Our vision to “endear the surrogacy experience for all” can be accomplished by near anyone sharing their story.

When you share a video from transfer day, a few honest words about how you made your decision, or an answer to the question you once searched for and couldn’t find — a woman somewhere who is quietly wondering if she could do this finds her answer in your words. A man who didn’t see a path to fatherhood could, too.

This is the part that belongs to the community. The team reviews and organizes what you share. The voice stays yours.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You don’t have to be a Nascency surrogate or intended family.

You’re a current or past gestational carrier. You’re seriously considering surrogacy. You work in the field. You’re an intended parent who wants to give back to the community that gave you everything. Or you just believe in what surrogacy is — and you have a story worth telling.

This is a community for the voices of surrogacy. All of them.

WHAT YOU SHARE

Share whatever feels true.

Video is what lands hardest, so that is where we focus. Photos, written pieces, and advice all have a home here too. Here is what other women are sharing right now.

Short videos

A two-minute day in the life. A voice memo for the woman who just started her application. An answer to the question you wish someone had answered for you. Video is what the next person watches when they cannot sleep.

Photos from the real moments

Transfer day. First heartbeat scan. The quiet ones in between. Snap and upload straight from your phone.

Written reflections

A few sentences or a few paragraphs. How you decided. What surprised you. What you would tell yourself at the beginning.

Advice for the people considering it now

The practical kind. The emotional kind. The kind you would text a friend.

HOW VOICES WORKS

Four steps. All on your time.

01

Create your account

Sign in with your email. We'll send over a short media release to sign once — it covers how your content may be used on @itsNascency and @SurrogacyTakes, and it protects your preferences every step of the way.

02

Share a video

Record straight from your phone, or upload something you already have. A photo or written piece works too. Add a caption if you want, or skip it. Let us know if you have any posting preferences — we honor them on every submission.

03

We review within a week

The Nascency team watches, reads, and listens to everything that comes in. We may reach out — this is personal, after all. We want to meet you. We reserve the right to determine at any point whether a piece is the right fit for the program, and we'll always tell you why.

04

You choose: rewards or impact

VOICES FROM OUR COMMUNITY

From the people already sharing.

I almost didn't do it because I thought nobody wanted to hear from me. Then I remembered how badly I wanted to hear from someone like me when I was filling out my application.

, S, Aspiring first-time surrogate, California

Thank you so much for the gift card!! This was so fun and easy. Next time I'd love to donate to Resolve.

, M, Current Surrogate, Connecticut

I spend most of my workday on the computer with almost no real conversation, so creating these videos has become a refreshing way to connect with people who share the same passion, and a chance to make content that's entertaining, empowering and educational.

Come in when you’re ready.

There is no deadline, no minimum, no streak to keep up. Share something this week, share something next month, or share one thing and never again. Voices holds space for whatever you bring.

Nascency was built because over 200 surrogates shared everything they knew — not for credit, just because they wanted the next person to have it easier. This is that, continued.

Your two minutes of honesty is the thing someone else has been looking for.
